As we will be outdoors among the elements and the ponies, you must dress according to the elements And the weather of the day. Seeing as though we are at the top of Mt Dandenong, the weather can change without much notice. We are often within the clouds, even in the warmer months. It’s good practice to always have a warm jacket on standby.
As a safety precaution, enclosed weatherproof shoes are essential.
It is also important to bring an appropriate hat and a full water bottle or drink.
We have a small hay shed in the paddock which we can retreat to if the rain becomes unbearable, but otherwise it is all part of the experience.
Any cancelations prior to 48 hours before the start of our appointment won't incur any cost to you. Unfortunately though any cancelations within the 48 hours will be charged at the full amount.
No. We will focus on ground exercises around and with the horses, but not on them.
Unfortunately we have no toilet at the moment. We will be looking at getting a little port-a-loo in the near future, but it will be very basic! Best option would be to make sure you have been before your appointment. There are some public toilets in the Sassafras Village behind the community hall (394 Mount Dandenong Tourist Rd, Sassafras).

Under certain circumstances, I am happy to come to your paddock and visit you and your horse. This is subject to timing and distance from my own paddock.
Travel costs will apply. If this is something that you require, please call me to discuss.
Yes. If a school, care-provider or some other party requires a written report, I can write a report. This will be charged at an hourly rate with a minimum of one hour. Please call me to discuss if you wish to discuss this further.
